It was the audio launch of a film starring Powerstar but the highlight of the audio function was Superstar all the way. As one might have guessed by now we are talking about the audio launch of Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar starrer Power, remake of Dookudu. Audio launch of the film happened in a grand way in Bellary today.
The function saw Superstar Mahesh Babu attending as the special guest. Right from the arrival of the star, he stole the thunder throughout the function. In fact at stage music director Thaman had to ask the fans present at the audio launch to cheer for Powerstar when the star himself was singing live. Mahesh Babu on the other hand was greeted with a loud response every time he made a small gesture.
Mahesh Babu speaking at the function recalled the time when he met Puneeth and his mother. He said that he couldn’t believe how down to earth they were. Superstar expressed happiness in the end that Powerstar is doing a remake of his film. The entire 14 Reels Production house team, along with director Srinu Vytla etc were present at the audio launch.
