Rajinikanth-Honored-Again,-Second-Chance-into-TextbooksEarlier in 2008, the Central Board of School Education thought that it was appropriate to include the story of Rajinikanth in a CBSE textbook with an entire section dedicated to the superstar talking about dignity of labour.

Once again, Rajinikanth got into the textbooks. This time, it’s the State Board that included Rajinikanth’s story along with iconic names like Steve Jobs, Charlie Chaplin etc., the people who made their successful journey from rags to riches.

This is a rare honour as the superstar started his journey as a carpenter, then a bus conductor, and finally struggled his way to the top to become the superstar. People across the country know him though he primarily acts in Tamil films.

As a cinema icon, Rajinikanth deserves all the honour he has been receiving as he truly worked hard for achieving this status as a celebrated cine star. His fans must be proud that Rajini’s story has got into the textbooks.
