While the mega fans are rejoicing for the announcement on Chiru’s 150th movie, it seems new trouble is brewing up regarding the story. According to a popular tabloid article on the BVS Ravi’s story, a script scandal is due for the much awaited project.
The article focuses on an NRI Vasu Dev Varma’s story ‘Okka Adugu’ which is meant for Krishnam Raju’s movie with Prabhas playing the lead. We know senior actor Krishnam Raju mentioning about the story during many occasions and how he would definitely make the film sooner or later.
As per the tabloid story, the same plot is lifted by BVS Ravi and the same has been narrated to Chiranjeevi. Megastar, who is oblivious about the main plot being stolen from Vasu Dev Varma’s story, gave his nod for the movie to be directed by Puri Jagannadh.
It is said that Vasu Dev Varma has been working with star writer Gopi Mohan to better his script and the latter discussed the story with his close friend BVS Ravi. If the allegations are to be believed, Ravi lifted only the main plot and writing a different screenplay for the story with change of characterizations and many things concerned.
As Vasu Dev Varma is a small writer and big names are involved with megastar’s movie, he might have to face a set back though he has registered his story with Telugu Writer’s Association. Let’s wait and see how this script scandal shapes up in the coming days.
