Fan wars of Tamil film industry need no introduction. They are nasty sometimes. With that situation existing in the air, Vijay’s former PRO has nearly raged the fire between the fan groups with his controversial statements.
VT Selvakumar, once the PRO of Vijay Thalapathy passed comments that Rajini is no longer in the top 1 position of Tamil cinema and that Vijay replaced him long back, showing the collections of Mersal and Sarkar.
He said Rajini carries a great image still, but he has moved to the second position already with Vijay and Ajith fighting for the top 1 position. He also said he has the reports from theatres to prove the same. Well, Vijay’s position as the top hero is obvious, but these comments nearly commenced those nasty wars.
But Vijay’s fans club issued a statement confirming that Vijay has not authorized anyone to pass such comments and himself has never gone for such comparisons and that halted the storm for now. Yet, the debate is always there on who is the top hero of Tamil cinema. Who do you think?
