Jai Ho
Stalin is being remade in Hindi with Salman Khan and the film has reached its final stages of shooting. The makers of the Hindi version of the film have decided to release the first look of the film titled as Jai Ho in the coming week as well. So while the first look and other promotional works are being done an interesting piece of info has been leaked around and it’s pertaining to the remake rights of the film.

Sources say the remake rights of the film have gone for a record price to Sohail Khan who is the producer as well as director of the film. While an exact price isn’t revealed it is being said in film circles that Nagababu the producer of the original has been paid handsomely for the rights. If it’s true then it should be happy news in Nagababu’s production career after a long time, we guess. The last time he’s been a producer he had the debacle of Orange on his shoulders. Amidst all its losses and other such repercussions this indeed must have come as a relief to him.

The interesting thing to note here though is that his banner Anjana Production is seen as an ‘iron leg’ among fans sentimentally as many films produced by him have failed. But two of those productions have now been remade, while Stalin remake is known to all now, in the past Bavagaru Bagunnara too was remade as Kunwara in Hindi. Not a bad record after all!
