Singer-turned-actor Sreeramchandra is making his cinematic debut with upcoming Telugu film ‘Prema Geema Jantanai’, is said to have shed lot of weight to play the lead in the film. Apparently, the young actor had shed nearly 15 kg for the film.
He says he had to shed so much of weight because his role demanded it. He adds that it was very important for him to prove as an actor, and therefore, he took the challenge of shedding weight. Even though he accepts that it was challenging to lose weight, he is happy with the response he has received for his transformation from industry members.
He also learned dancing and kickboxing for the film, which is being directed by debutant Subbu RV. The film also features Priyanka Chopra’s second cousin Barbie Handa. He adds that Barbie is a talented actress like her sister.
