Few days earlier, we have reported that Sanjay Dutt is going to play the role of Pran in the remake of Zanjeer in the place of Arjun Rampal who backed out of the project citing dates issue. But the makers have now zeroed in Sonu Sood for the role. The actor is yet to do sign the dotted line, but the actor has given his confirmation to the makers. Yesteryear actor Pran had immortalised the role of the crook with a golden heart, Sher Khan in Prakash Mehra’s 1973 blockbuster Zanjeer and now its Sanju Baba’s turn.
The movie had completed two schedules of shooting – One in Mumbai and the other in Bangkok. Priyanka Chopra is pairing up with Ram Charan in this bilingual to be made both in Telugu and Hindi.
