A top brand like Snap Deal which Bollywood Superstar Aamir Khan endorses has become collateral damage for the star’s comments.
As we all are aware a star with conscience Aamir Khan had some harsh words to say regarding the tolerance in India. It was meant to be the views of his wife presented by the star but it has come across, as one would expect, as views of the star in the garb of her wife.
Ever since those views were aired a trend ‘AppWapsi’ has started online among social media to boycott sales from Snap Deal. It eventually became one of the top trends hitting the brand Snap Deal in an unexpected way. Is this really serious threat or a passing outrage phase, would only be known when the next quarterly business reports come out.
