It’s because the content was quite family friendly and the story was told in an interesting manner.

It was a small film that had to face all the oddities and suffered severe issues like piracy before the release. The entire unedited pirated version made its way on to the internet giving sleepless nights to the entire team including Vijay Deverakonda.
Nonetheless, it became a surprise blockbuster despite all the odds. Naturally, the trade is curious to know if it can rock on the television, even.
