‘Cinema Bandi’ directed by debutante Praveen Kandiregula is primarily a comedy-drama and the innocent attempts of a group of village folk to make a film using a camera that they found by chance seems to have hit the right chord with the contemporary youth and their filmmaking dreams with basics.
