Looks like, there isn’t even one film that could make the US buyers happy in recent times. Adding to the bruises caused by Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi in the US including all the Summer releases, director Teja’s ‘Sita’ came as no respite.
The movie so far collected $19 K with $ 6K from premieres becoming another Telugu film in the US that collected peanuts. Was it surprising? Nay.
Not that the hero, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has any weight in the US or the director Teja has any market in the overseas terrain due to his inconsistency. So, nill market for the hero and the director, in the US.
The movie anyway opened to poor talk not only in the US but also in the Telugu States. So far, except for Venkatesh and Varun Tend starter F2: Fun & Frustration, no other movie made profits for the US buyers, only losses.Don't MissKarma Comes Back to Bite YSR CongressYSR Congress is not even One Month Old but is already facing heat in social...Don't MissTeaser Talk: Better, But Still Proves To Be A Futile ExerciseThe Tamil remake of Telugu cult classic Arjun Reddy offers a unique case study as...Don't MissSelf Hype of Struggling ActorKarthikeya literally lost all the attention that he has got by the virtue of his...Don't MissIs Jagan Reddy Chandrababu Naidu in Disguise?YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is totally a different man post becoming the Chief Minister.
