Dulquer Salmaan’s Sita Ramam had fantastic five days run at the box office. Tomorrow will be a Public holiday due to Rakshabandhan followed by Weekend holiday later on.
Four new releases – two in Hindi and two in Telugu are releasing this week. But trade pandits say that there is no problem for Sita Ramam. The movie is expected to have a very long run, they predict.
“Sita Ramam is growing organically day by day. Films of this genre have ability to reach audiences who rarely watch films. The theaters number will be planned week by week but it will continue to stay for a few weeks at least,” Trade experts say.
Dulquer is an actor who is welcomed by all sorts of audiences. And then, the quality of Sita Ramam visuals will make more audience interested in theatrical watch even as the mouth talk spreads.
Also, the makers have made sure that the OTT release is not happening any sooner. In all probability, Sita Ramam will display long run like no other film in recent times.
