When a big and the most awaited film’s release date is announced, the makers of other films literally back out from the competition to avoid clashing with the biggie which might otherwise dent into their revenues.
Bollywood young hero Siddharth Malhotra is now worried as his movie Aiyaary’ might probably clash Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘2.0’. He is indeed justified in worrying as a clash with a Rajinikanth’s movie directed by a top filmmaker like Shankar may prove suicidal.
This isn’t good for the trade. Sometimes, such clashes can’t be avoided. But, we never know. ‘2.0’ is in the post production stage and it’s heavy VFX works may move the release date, further. Even the makers of ‘Aiyaary’ didn’t complete their movie and yet to take a final call on the movie’s release date.
