Actor Siddharth is best known for his notable performance in the film Rang De Basanti directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra where he played the role of Karan Singhania. Following this, Siddharth has appeared in several other movies the latest of which was director Deepa Mehta’s film Midnight’s Children.
However, latest news suggests that Siddharth is now taking the comedy route in his career. Indeed, the actor is making his way into the comedy sector for the first time with David Dhawan’s upcoming film Chashme Baddoor. The 33 year old actor, Siddharth is involved in the remake of the 1981 classic, which starred Dipti Naval and Farooq Sheikh and is featuring Pakistani actor-singer Ali Zafar and Divyendu Sharma of Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame playing the lead roles. Furthermore, in the movie that is hitting the screens on April 5, South siren Tapasee will be making her Bollywood debut.
