Shyam Singha Roy: Release Problems In Three DistrictsThe government of Andhra Pradesh is going extremely hard on the theatrical industry in the state. In a shocking development, several cinema halls across Andhra Pradesh are now being seized by local authorities for various reasons.

Now, all these developments are directly affecting Nani‘s Shyam Singha Roy, which is hitting the silver screens on the 24th of December.

Incidentally, as many as 50 centres in Krishna district were seized today and so were all 7 of the cinema halls in Madanapalle, Chittoor district. Also, all 4 theatres in Kuppam were seized.

Of the remaining 36 centres in Krishna district, Shyam Singha Roy is releasing only in 6 centres which is an abnormally low count for a notable film like Shyam Singha Roy.

Venkat is venturing into film production with Shyam Singha Roy and this is his first project. He placed his trust in Nani and mounted the film on a massive budget. This is the costliest project in Nani’s career.

But hours before Shyam Singha Roy’s release, the film is facing unforeseen problems in three districts in Andhra Pradesh. The government ordered local authorities to verify the permits for theatres across the state till 29th December.

So, the chances are high that several theatres might be seized tomorrow, on the day of Radhe Shyam’s release. This is leaving everyone involved with Shyam Singha Roy very much worried.
