Did the Tamil-Telugu bilingual ‘Sangamitra’ touted and publicized as the periodic movie which is going to be bigger than Baahubali get its heroine? If sources and the buzz is to believed, Shruti Haasan is the forerunner for the title role which needs a stellar performance besides a stunning and cute face.
This movie to be made by filmmaker C. Sundar will have Jayam Ravi and Arya playing the leading roles. Maestro AR Rahman will be rendering music for this ambition project. The makers announced that this project is going to be bigger in terms of not only the budget but also the best of the cast and the crew.
However, the film which was earlier planned to be a trilingual to be made in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu has turned out to be a bilingual. Shruti Haasan’s portrayal of Sangamitra isn’t officially announced yet. So, we have to wait to get more details on this movie and audiences are eager to know because of the comparison with Baahubali.
