It’s hard for the Bollywood heroines to mouth Telugu dialogues as they aren’t used to hearing the language, regularly. So, while mouthing dialogues for ‘Saaho’, she feels it challenging to speak both in Hindi and Telugu.
As the film is a bilingual, Shraddha has to shoot for every scene twice. Shooting for the Hindi version will anyway be easier for the actress. Shraddha clarifies that her director didn’t ask her for dubbing dialogues in Telugu and hence, she isn’t learning the language.
But, the actress is open to dubbing her dialogues in Telugu as well if the director thinks her Telugu is appropriate for dubbing. One has to wait and see what would be the director’s decision. Many Malayalam actresses like Sai Pallavi, Anupama Parameshwaran etc had dubbed in Telugu for their debut movies. It was not the same with North-Indian actresses imported from Mumbai.
