There was a fire accident allegedly due to a short circuit burning the outdoor set of a kingdom that was erected in the outskirts of the city in Chiranjeevi’s farmhouse in Kokapet. The shooting on the sets for ‘Sye Raa’ was almost complete except for some patchwork they intended to do for a couple of days.
However, according to a report in the English tabloid, the Deccan Chronicle, the makers deliberately chose to burn the sets and give it a colour that it was a fire accident due to a short circuit. It’s allegedly done intentionally for the sake of the insurance money.
The report further claimed that this is one of the ways some producers try to avoid dismantling sets erected for shooting and deliberately do such things to claim insurance.
‘Sye Raa‘ set is worth more than a couple of crores. The pieces of evidence at the accident incident also allegedly say that there are doubts regarding the fire accident.
According to the above-mentioned tabloid’s report, it also claims that there is no actual further shooting left on the sets as the filmmaker has apparently completed shooting the scenes pertaining to the sets.
