Right after the day TFI lost its revered dubbing artist and senior actor PJ Sharma, it is shocking to hear that music director Chakri passed away early in the morning on Monday due to sudden heart attack.

This harsh and shocking news is leaving the film industry in unexplainable grief. Chakri is only 40 years old and was seen healthy and hale during the recent promotions for Dasari’s ‘Erra Bassu’. He was born on 15 th June in 1975. He hails from Mehboobabad of Warangal district. He was introduced to industry by Puri Jagannadh for the film ‘Baachi’ in 2000.

He had scored music for approximately 85 films, won a Filmfare Award for ‘Satyam’ movie and Nandi Award for ‘Simha’. He also won awards for best play back singing even. He composed music for Telugu, Kannada and Tamil movies and also for many private albums. He is the one who had introduced many new aspiring new singers to the industry.
