Director Teja Tested Coronavirus PositivieIn a shocking turn of events, it is reported that director Teja has tested positive for COVID-19. It is so because the director has been among the foremost people who put out cautionary advice. One of his earlier videos regarding the same had gone viral.

When Teja has been so strict with the handling, it has stumped many that he has been affected by the coronavirus. Other details about the same or an official confirmation are awaited.

Teja, after a decent gap, was looking set to commence a couple of projects. They were officially announced on the occasion of his birthday, earlier in the year. They are to feature Rana (Rakshasaraju Ravanasurudu) and Gopichand (Alivelumanga Venkataramana) in the lead. However, the pandemic situation put a temporary hold on them.

Recently, it is also heard that Teja was all set to conduct auditions for the sequel of Chitram. It is the film that brought him into the limelight and set the ball rolling for an extraordinary journey ahead.

Teja’s last release as a director was Sita, which failed critically and commercially at the box office. It hit the cinemas in May 2019.
