When asked about his opinion on Sai Pallavi as his co-star in ‘Padi Padi Leche Manasu’, Sharwanand told that she is one of those intelligent actors who he hasn’t seen since long. He further added that Sai Pallavi is a natural actress who understands her script very well. That’s quite a compliment from him for his co-star.
But, his opinion is quite different from Naga Shourya’s opinion on the actress. When Naga Shourya was promoting his ‘Narthanasala’, more than promoting his movie, he was like highlighting his opinion on Sai Pallavi who was in no way connected to his movie.
He said that she wasn’t as beautiful as people think she is, ‘Fidaa’ worked because of Telangana backdrop and using the dialect for the heroine etc. Indirectly he tagged her as a non-cooperative heroine who actually doesn’t deserve as much attention as she has been receiving after ‘Fidaa’. Sai Pallavi reacted in a decent manner and asked for apology if she had hurt him in any manner, unknowingly.
