When Dhanush came to Tv9 to give a promotional interview for the sake of his upcoming movie ‘VIP 2‘ (the sequel for ‘Raghuvaran B Tech’), he was bombarded with questions not related to the film.
The interviewer was seen asking about the ongoing drugs scandal in the Telugu Film Industry. When Dhanush said that he is ignorant of the situation here and wasn’t following the news for 2 months, she moved on to his personal life and started asking about Suchileaks controversy.
She asked him about the leaked videos, the rumors on him and even said that Dhanush’s family life is at stake. Totally irritated with her talk, Dhanush walked out of the interview and later joined only to answer his movie related questions.
Soon after, ‘Shame on Tv9 Telugu Channel’ started trending in Chennai. It’s all about exercising one’s common sense and not trying to sensationalize everything and anything. Every interaction will have to stick to the purpose and if the interviewer asks questions just to sensationalize, then it might misfire like it did now.
