In one such incident, he was stalked by a female fan, Vastavika Pandit, who turned out to be the daughter of a legendary Bollywood actor, Raaj Kumar.
Vastavika was so obsessed with Shahid that she started calling herself his wife. She fell in love with Shahid after meeting him during Shiamak Davar’s dance classes. But Shahid wasn’t interested, which led to Vastavikta stalking him during his shoots.
On one fine day, she once sat on his car’s bonnet and obstructed him while he shot outdoors. She even moved into a house next to his and introduced herself as Shahid Kapoor’s wife.
Shahid then lodged an FIR accusing Vastavikta of stalking him on his movie sets and vacations.
