The film Shadow which sees Venkatesh plays an underworld don in the movie is believed to be an action entertainer. Other actors featuring in this film are Taapsee Pannu who is paired opposite Venky as the leads while Srikanth and Madhurima are also holding important roles.
With Paruchuri Siva Rama Prasad producing it on United Movies banner, the film has soundtrack provided by Thaman while Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan are the scriptwriters. Recent reports suggest that the shooting for the climax scenes of the film will begin from December 22. Director Meher Ramesh will recommence shooting the scenes involving Venky and will conclude the rest by January 2013 although the release date of the movie will be made known in February.
