The in-form Thaman is leading Sarkaru Vaari Paata promotions from the front with songs. The first song, Kalaavathi is a massive chartbuster with a whopping 150 Million views. Thaman is a very happy man with the response of the other songs as well.
“Two years have passed since the Kalavathi song was composed. The song was released finally in February. In this two years, we tried giving it life by re-programming it every day. Our hard work was not wasted. Kalaavathi crossed 150 million views as the fastest and entertained everyone,” Thaman said.
It was Thaman’s idea to have Sithara Ghattamaneni in Penny song video. “Sitara is a rock star. Mahesh garu showed some videos of her and I requested that the penny song should be done with Sithara. After that Namratha garu said OK. Sithara finished the song shooting in three hours after we started in the morning. Mahesh was very happy to see the final cut. She helped the song big time,” he said.
Thaman also responded on the leaks the movie suffered. “We are hurt but not angry. The producers have already affected due to Corona. Instead of helping the industry, things like this will only damage. We knew who did it but what do we do? Our producers are big-minded people. They were sent with a warning so as not to ruin their career,” he revealed.
