Sankranthi Films Need A Positive Push!Three big mega-budget films are gearing up for release this Sankranthi season. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy, and Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu (Vaarasudu in Telugu).

Despite big names, these films have drawn in some negativity, thanks to various reasons. The Boss Party song though received a decent response on repeated hearings, DSP’s jarring rendition of Boss Ochindu Eh generated a lot of heat from the trolls.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Jai Balayya song also was bashed on social media for its outdated vibe and eerily similar tune to the Osey Ramulamma song.

On the other hand, Varisu is facing a lot of negativity because of the screens issue during its release. Dil Raju is planning to block many of the best theaters for Varisu which is not going well with fans of Chiru and Balayya.

The makers haven’t even started Vaarasudu’s promotions in Telugu due to fear of getting trolled. At least the Telugu version of the Ranjithame song should have been released. If that song clicked it would have brought some positive vibes to the film.

All three Sankranthi releases need some positive push now and hopefully, the content that the makers of these films will release in the coming days will bring in much-needed positivity.
