Item songs have become trendsetters these days. The bigger the item song, the more push the film gets at the ticketing windows. Varun Tej’s Ghani was released yesterday and Tamannah sizzled in a special song called Kodte.
The film and song have received a mixed response from the audience. Tamannah appears in an item song out of nowhere in Ghani and the choreography too is not up to the mark.
All those who have watched the film say is it really worth the addition? Looking at the movie’s output and the way it will fare at the box office, Tamannah’s presence has gone as an utter waste of money.
But that is not the case for Samantha as her song ‘Oo Antava Mama’ gave solid hype to Allu Arjun’s Pushpa and became a rage on social media. In a way, that one song has given Samantha’s career a new push in Hindi cinema. But sadly, Tamannah has created no impact and has failed badly.
