Samantha had been away from the cameras for a really long time now as she was on her road to recovery from Myositis. Well, she is back in action now.
The makers of Amazon Prime Video’s ongoing big budget action series Citadel have announced that Samantha has resumed shooting for the film today.
This is the first time Samantha is facing the film camera over the past few months and this should be a special moment for her personally and professionally.
Samantha is said to be reprising Priyanka Chopra’s role from the original – Citadel which is originally shot in English. She is playing the central role in the Indian adaption of the show.
This show will apparently start the shooting in India and later the unit will be leaving to South Africa and Serbia for the forthcoming schedules.
Samantha is also bound to resume shooting for Vijay Deverakonda’s Kushi which has also delayed agonisingly long due to Sam’s unavailability.
