Samantha says she is a changed woman after the painful divorce saga. She is now busy with multiple projects in hand. In her recent speech at a public forum, Sam opened up about the tough time in her personal life.
“My only advice to young girls out there is to work tirelessly for your dreams. Never give up. Before my acting career came good, I had only one meal a day for two months and did odd jobs.” Samantha says.
Adding further, Samantha says “I topped my college, but couldn’t continue further as my parents couldn’t afford it. This is when I decided to take on hardships to get what I want in life – acting.”
Samantha is now one of the highest paid actresses in South Indian cinema and her rise to the top really is an inspirational tale. After the turmoil in personal life, Sam is now fully focused on her acting career. She has lined up a couple of bilinguals, including Shakuntalam and Yashoda. She is also set to debut in Bollywood with a Tapsee Pannu production venture.
