Samantha is raring to kickstart the new phase of her acting career after announcing separation from Naga Chaitanya. She has agreed to feature in an item song in Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise.
Now, it is heard that Samantha is charging big for Pushpa’s item song. She is apparently pocketing as much as Rs 1.5 crores for featuring in the item song.
Samantha is one of the top actresses in Telugu cinema and getting her to agree to do an item song itself is a tough proposition. So, the makers of Pushpa would have readily obliged to pay her big bucks for agreeing to feature in the item song.
This is the first time Samantha is doing an item song and more interestingly, she is doing it right after announcing separation.
On a related note, Samantha has reportedly agreed to shoot for the item song in the last week of November. Her inclusion should add more zest to Pushpa, as a whole.
