As it emerges, there seems to be some kind of tussle between Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn. If sources are to be believed, the cause of the confrontation lies in both the actors’ desire to get the Hindi remake rights of Venkatesh’s upcoming film Shadow.
At first, Salman Khan was the one interested in Shadow and at Ram Charan’s marriage party had discussed it with his friend Venkatesh. However, it was revealed from a source in the production house that Ajay Devgn had summoned director Ramesh for a detailed discussion about the film as well. “After the success of ‘Son of Sardaar’, even Ajay believes that star studded Telugu films are a safe bet. He came to know about Shadow and invited Meher Ramesh for a discussion. He liked the concept of varied avatars and felt that it would be tailor-made for him.”
However Meher Ramesh said that, “It’s true that I met him. But I narrated a different story line.”
