Talented actress Sai Pallavi made her OTT debut with Tamil Anthology, Paava Kadhaigal. She played the main lead in Oor Iravu, a story directed by Vetrimaran. It is the story of a caste-blinded father and his daughter who marries a guy of a lower caste. Prakash Raj played the father character.
Sai Pallavi drew good appreciation for her performance in the anthology which was critically applauded. The actress is now on the verge of signing another web series. In an interview with M9.news, she spilled beans about this project which is her second on the OTT space.
“I am traveling with a script right now, a web series. It looks good but I am yet to finalize it,” the actress said. She also refused to divulge the genre and the platform for which the web series is for until it is signed. “It is too early,” she says. Paava Kadhaigal has been released on Amazon Prime Video, we all know.
Given the actress is known for selecting interesting subjects, this web series would be interesting to look forward to.
