After a long waiting, Tamilnadu got its films released with the lift of the protest and one of such films is Sai Pallavi’s Diya which was released a couple of days ago. The film had a little expectation on with Sai Pallavi’s image but has not got a good talk out there.
If the bad talk is a drawback for the film, the film is likely facing a trouble with an assistant director Chandrakumar who claims that the story of Diya is his and the film has most of the scenes of his story. The film is about a mystery behind the murders of Sai Pallavi’s family and the assistant director claims that it was his idea and has been copied by Rajakumaran.
The film stars Naga Shourya as the male lead and the only highlight of the film is Sai Pallavi as the reviews say. Diya which is Kanam in Telugu already has a bad talk out and this controversy seems to have added to the trouble, however, the makers have not commented on the same yet.
