Sai Pallavi Fight for Caravan, Director Stood for HerSai Pallavi revealed a past anecdote when she was doing ‘Fidaa’. She was given a caravan that was too narrow, wasn’t enough for her when she was draping saree and felt uncomfortable. Her co-star Varun Tej was a tall person and so, he had a caravan that was big.
Sai Pallavi went to her director Shekhar Kammula and narrate her discomfort. Shekhar stood by her and told her to wait and ask for a comfortable space and to compromise. Having our own voice is very important. That’s what he taught her.

Sai Pallavi took his name with great regard as the person who taught her how to make one’s opinion count. If we won’t mouth our opinion, who would stand by us? This is what Kammula taught her, revealed Pallavi.

The twist was that when Varun Tej came to know about her discomfort, he offered her to use his room that was big enough so that she wouldn’t have to compromise on the thing she wasn’t aware of.
