The makers have announced June 4th as the release date for the flick. The Sai Dharam Tej starrer will arrive after all the clashes in May. It is a safe choice from the makers to avoid the crowd and come solo. However, we have to see if it remains so, or if anyone else locks the same date.
Republic marks the first time collaboration of Sai Dharam Tej and director Deva Katta. The former is on a winning streak whereas the latter is hoping for a comeback. It will be interesting to see how things turn out. Success here will embolden Sai Dharam Tej on picking strong content.
Sai Dharam Tej will be seen in a different role than usual in the movie. He will be essaying the part of an IAS officer. The dialogue in the recently revealed title announcement poster has further raised the curiosity about the content.
