While we are awaiting the release of Shankar’s directorial ‘2.0’, he has already started his preparations for the next movie, a social drama, the genre in which he is adept at. The filmmaker has Kamal Haasan on board to play the lead role in ‘Indian 2’.
Now, according to the latest development, the director approached Bollywood star hero Ajay Devgan for playing a cop’s role in the movie. It is learned that Shankar met the star in person and gave the narration. Ajay Devgan is yet to take the call.
Shankar’s is making all the right moves with regard to his movies. He had Akshay Kumar to play the main antagonist’s role in ‘2.0’ for pan-Indian appeal. If Ajay Devgan comes on board for ‘Indian 2’, this sequel will also get the same feel. Let’s wait for Ajay’s decision.
