Back in 2019, senior producer Dil Raju announced a project that would mark the coming together of Vijay Deverakonda and Shiva Nirvana. However, there has been no consolidated update on this project ever since, which naturally paved way to speculations.
Earlier, it was speculated that Vijay – Shiva Nirvana project is shelved. It was said that Vijay asked Shiva to change the script to suit the sensibilities of pan-India audiences, and also urged the producers to increase the budget for the project, to which they disagreed and shelved the project.
As it turns out, this speculation is rather a rubbish and baseless one. This as-yet-untitled project, making the collaboration of Vijay Deverakonda and Shiva Nirvana is very much on cards. It is heard that more details about this project might be out sooner or later.
Vijay’s immediate focus is on Liger, which has been in the making for a long time now. He can take the final call on his next project only after wrapping up the Puri Jagannadh directorial.
Shiva Nirvana scored two good hits with his first two films, Ninnu Kori and Majili. His upcoming outing Tuck Jagadish is carrying positive reverberations as well. Vijay simply wouldn’t miss the opportunity to work with an in-form director like Shiva.
