Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor’s nagging about Rajamouli’s RRR release date and how he found fault with the makers of the movie for not even considering the fact that he had already announced the release date of his film.
RRR producer DVV Danayya now seems to have gotten back to him through media that they have their own plans for release dates. It’s true that a producer has to take so many things into consideration before revealing the release dates and there will be pressures from distributors etc.
Like everyone, they would also like to have the festival benefit of Dasara and hence, locked 13th october as the release date of their movie. Amidst the uncertainty that corona pandemic posed, shooting schedules of the movie have gone for a toss and the makers had to put in an extra effort.
Finally, we understand that RRR is not going back on the release date though Boney Kapoor seems to have been concerned and feels that Rajamouli’s movie doesn’t need a festival weekend after two massive blockbusters, two parts of Baahubali.
