The theatrical trailer of Dil Raju’s new production introduces his nephew, Ashish as the hero. It is a college campus drama made on a large scale. Young Tiger NTR has launched the theatrical trailer, earlier in the day.
After a teaser that didn’t really highlight the core theme properly, we have the theatrical which opens all its cards. Rowdy Boys is a big scale college-based romantic drama starring Ashish in the lead. He plays a typical youth who falls in love with a medical student.
What ensues is a high drama between two individuals who are after the same girl. Needless to say, Anupama Parameswaran is the one they are fighting for. It turns out to be a full-scale war between two campuses.
We have to see if there is more to the narrative than what is shown in the trailer. So far, the impression from Rowdy Boys is that of a regular entertainer on a grand scale. The presence of big names like Devi Sri Prasad as music director and Madhie as cinematographer adds to the product value.
