Ram CharanRam Charan shot to pan Indian fame with RRR. He is planning his upcoming films in such a way that they have patronage amongst the pan-Indian crowd.

Now, there’s a skeptical update on Ram Charan’s next which could be potentially directed by Vivek Agnihotri. This is a risk-reward kind of project with its own pros and cons.

The said project is with Bollywood filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri who shot to fame with Kashmir Files. When a netizen commented “Happy new year sir(Vivek). Waiting for your next film with Ram Charan.” In response, Vivek tweeted “please bless us” and this has led to speculations that Vivek could well be directing Ram Charan for his next.

Wonder what’s risky and also rewarding about this project for Ram Charan? Firstly, Vivek is termed as a propaganda filmmaker. His last film Kashmir Files gives a feeler of the same.

It is likely that Vivek will continue to do propaganda films and the project with Charan, if it happens, could be falling under the same category.

The advantage here is that these films are striking a chord with the larger section of the Hindi audience and can give Charan the chance to tap into deeper Hindi pockets. Given these films are the mood of the northern belt now.

But at the same time, acting in a propaganda film will stand as a black mark in Charan’s career and can tarnish his image to an extent in the future. He will have to carry this mark in the future even if it gets uncomfortable.

Will Ram Charan decide to take this risk or will he dodge the same? The answer will be known in the due course.
