After the release of ‘Rowdy’, though Shanvi scored good marks for her glamour, she didn’t really get any plum offers and not even the one (Puri-NTR film) expected.

Recently the Kannada remake of ‘Prema Katha Chitram’ was released and went to score super success at the box-office. This film titled ‘Chandraleka’ has Shanvi playing the role Nandita played in the original. That was indeed a grand debut for the actress in Kannada and people are calling her ‘sweet ghost’.
Currently she is shooting for the Kannada remake of another Telugu super hit movie ‘Alaa Modalayyindi’ opposite Sumanth Shailendra. As the story is a proven one and since Telugu nativity matches a lot with Kannada nativity, Shanvi sure is travelling towards another success in her career. Seems Telugu remakes are proving lucky for the actress.
