Looks like Power Star Pawan Kalyan just landed with a sweet deal. After the conclusion of Trivikram Srinivas project, Kalyan was supposed to work on a sequel of the film ‘Gabbar Singh’ named ‘Gabbar Singh in Hyderabad.’ But according to sources, Kalyan decided to opt for a film remake instead of the sequel.

The remake is of the movie “Oh My God,” with Pawan reprising the role of Lord Shri Krishna originally played by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. Ravi Teja or Allari Naresh would probably be cast for the role played by Paresh Rawal. Directed by ‘Rachcha’ director Sampath Nandi and produced by Pawan’s close friend Sharath Marar, the film allows for a lot of uncertainties as even a single minor change in the script might lead to a loss of originality. Whether the venture succeeds or not, it remains to be seen.
