We have been hearing a lot about Samantha going to resume the shooting this November. But it is arriving that the actress is not in a hurry and would want to enjoy the break a little more. The actress herself revealed this in an interview.
“In 11 years, I have never taken a break. I think actors do need to take some time off. Otherwise, I fear I may burn out,” Samantha said. But then, fans are worried if this may be a bad idea. The actress is coming back to films after the separation and it is important for her to assess her market and career.
Samantha will be next seen in Gunasekhar’s Shaakuntalam and Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The Tamil movie may opt for a Direct-to-OTT release, we hear. Shakuntalam is a period movie and involves a lot of CG work and so, it is not releasing any sooner.
This long gap may not be a good move by the actress in any way. But then, while everyone can have their opinion, it will boil down to what Samantha feels and thinks. Meanwhile, we are continuing to hear many new projects of the actress but, as of today, she had only made two films official.
