The pan-India success of Pushpa: The Rise has turned Allu Arjun into a hot cake. His mannerisms, swag, and dance movements went on to receive tremendous feedback from the audience, especially in the North belt.
Samantha also got huge recognition for the special song in the movie. The film director Sukumar also carved a name for himself among the Hindi audience. The only one who didn’t get any benefit from Pushpa is none other than the film’s heroine Rashmika Mandanna.
Pushpa’s sequel is a much bigger film than the previous one. So many on social media are saying that the makers can’t afford to cast only Rashmika in the second part. She might turn into a liability for the film as she has got no craze among the North audience.
Currently, Rashmika is doing a couple of Hindi projects, but none of them is carrying minimum buzz among the audience. So fans are suggesting that the makers should plan to cast another hot-n-happening heroine as the second female lead in the movie.
Many are also saying that it would be better to somehow end Rashmika’s character halfway in Pushpa 2 as there is nothing more to explore through that character.
It has to be seen if Sukumar and his team pay any heed to these suggestions.
