With the release of Arrambam worldwide today Telugu actor Daggubati Rana has accomplished his first mission. His mission is to simply get noticed by Tamil audience and he seems to have done a great job at it if one were to go by the early reactions. The actor apparently had fifteen minutes of footage in the film and he has clearly made his presence felt says many who have watched the movie.
Rana has been from the beginning trying to establish him as a pan Indian star and hence the actor has been doing cameos, extended guest appearance or supporting roles in prominent films where eyeballs are guaranteed. The actor has some big plans in the future where sources say he would star in some real big movies like Baahubali for example another pan Indian movie. Another such film is his rumored film with director Selva Raghavan.
However, despite focusing on all other industries, Rana’s mainstay would remain the Telugu film industry. With this establishment the actor hopes to release his Telugu films as well in those languages in dubbed avatar. Well we hope that the actor gets his projects right and the path he has chosen to get noticed has a fruitful final result in the end.
On the other side, Arrambam Telugu dubbing rights are bought by Dr. G. Srinu Babu. He produced Priyamani’s Chandee recently under his Omics Creations banner. The dubbing works are going on and the Telugu release will take place very soon.
