Sharwanand’s ‘Ranarangam’ has certainly put up a sad show when it came to the box-office result in the US. Shock is the politest word to put it looking at the collections of the movie and comparing with Sharwa’s recent films and how they fared at the box-office.
The movie collected just the peanuts, i.e., mere $62 K, worse than his last flop movie ‘Padi Padi Leche Mansu’ that was a big flop but secured $316 K.
The makers of ‘Ranarangam‘ chose not to have the premiere shows after all the initial hype. Premieres might have added a bit to the overall collections.
The movie opened to mixed reviews from all over but the openings had been good in the Telugu States. However, lack of premieres didn’t give that opening benefit at the US box-office.
The hero of the film thought theirs is a screenplay based movie and the style will help it big time. However, with an outdated approach to mass and style, the makers made quite a wrong calculation.Don't MissV Kicks Off TFI Summer Mania In Style, Highlights A Common Theme! The teaser of V was revealed a day ago, and it has officially kick-started the...Don't MissTrailer Talk: Revealing The Commercial Side Of BheeshmaAfter what looks like a long gap, post the teaser, the trailer of Nithiin starrer...Don't MissTeaser Talk: A Welcome ‘Negative’ ChangeHere comes the most awaited teaser of Natural Star Nani and Sudheer Babu starrer V....Don't MissAlarm Bells for Happening Actress?Sam is the only top actress in the Telugu Film Industry now and there is...Don't MissA Crucial Week Ahead Of Nithiin, Will He Bounce Back?Actor Nithiin has a very peculiar filmography among all the young stars in Telugu cinema....
