Adivi Sesh got his foremost identity with Kshanam. Its screenplay and direction were talked for a long time, and the small budget film directed by a debutant Ravikanth Perepu’s name was taken a lot in the industry back then. The director even won a Nandi Award. Everybody thought he would become a sensation, but nothing even close to that happened.
There was no outing from the director after Khsanam like everybody expected. Still, there were rumours that he was going to direct Goodachari with Sesh again, which did not happen either. His assistant director Sashi Kiran Tikka was taken to lead the film, and Ravikanth remained unseen.
Later on, Ravikanth started a film titled “Krishna and His Leela”. It hit floors long back almost more than a year ago. But again the film was stuck at post-production phase with rumours that the producer Suresh Babu had been suggesting a lot of corrections to the maker where Ravikanth eventually gave up.
Finally, the director, after a lot of turn of events gets the relief in the form of Rana Daggubati. He has intervened in getting the film out of the cans. Rana will be releasing Krishna And His Leela as a presenter which he confirmed through his Tweet. There are going to be more updates soon as Rana tweeted. But at least people know now that Ravikanth’s second is on.
