The makers of Ram Charan’s Bollywood debut movie, Zanjeer has given a Buy One, Get One offer to the US distributor, Great India films. Going in to details, GIF approached Zanjeer makers for the US rights of Toofan, the Telugu version of Zanjeer. However, they are not at all interested in the Hindi version as this is Charan’s first Hindi movie and it will not attract audience to theaters.
But Zanjeer makers have given them the US rights of Zanjeer to GIF for free of cost. Since it is a free day, GIF is planning to screen the movie and draw some money by extensive promotion. Zanjeer and Toofan are gearing up for September 6th release. We will have to see how Zanjeer fares in foreign markets.
