So many families lost their livelihood when theatres were closed and encouraging audiences to come to theatres is an important step. There will not be any difference of opinion about that. But, the condition is very grave and the audiences’ safety must be the foremost thing before deciding anything.
Today, eventually, two mega heroes, Ram Charan and Varun Tej made two worrying announcements about being tested COVID-19 positive. These two announcements got back people worrying about the pandemic, once again. On the same day, we see Sai Dharam Tej going to theatres and interacting with crowds.
It would be hard to even imagine what would happen if a star hero does that. It would be highly irresponsible on their part as the public would forget even their safety and throng to the venue to get a glimpse of their favourite matinee star, no matter what.
‘Solo Brathuke So Better’ might have attracted the audiences to the theatres, but that’s not enough as the lives of people matter the most and that should be the main concern. Let’s hope that our Tollywood heroes ponder upon the current situation before going into the public.
