The Enforcement Directorate has been coming down heavily on the drugs case and there has been occasional progress in connection with the same.
The latest news is that Tollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh reportedly received a notice from the ED to appear for investigation on the 19th of December. This is as per a media report and there isn’t an official word on the same yet.
Reportedly, TRS MLA Rohit Reddy has also received a notice from ED regarding the drugs case and he too has been asked to appear in front of ED officials on the 19th of this month.
The ED officials will reportedly question Rakul and also the MLA about the financial transactions related to the Bengaluru drugs case which shook the nation recently.
This isn’t the first time Rakul faced an ED investigation regarding drugs case. She had been questioned by Enforcement Directorate multiple times regarding narcotics-related money-laundering activities.
